A unique opportunity to build a portfolio of clients in the high-end luxury fashion space. Our executive clothiers call on busy executives in the legal, financial, medical, political and other high-profile fields to put them into Canada’s luxury brand of custom suits, shirts, business casual and accessories. An executive clothier with LGFG, based on our unique and proprietary sales model through a selected referral approach, combined with a unique indirect referral and cold-calling model, fuelled by unmatched industry training, will meet with clients in their office or home and introduce them LGFG’s industry-leading luxury line of attire.
The candidate we seek is educated (Bachelor’s Degree or Higher, preferably in a “business” major), is tenacious and motivated by the idea of selling to the rich and famous and is excited for an opportunity to develop a prestigious clientele as their “go-to” source of fashion advice and apparel. We seek a salesperson who is at a different level. Someone who can represent themselves and a high-end luxury brand to clients who purchase suits for $2,000 or higher, who expect a higher level of professionalism, education and service. We seek someone ambitious who is ready to take the next step in their career, and who is willing and able to overcome obstacles to achieve the unthinkable – much like our unique company has done.
LGFG Clothiers receive over 250 hours per year of live training with our master tailors in Europe. Our clothiers receive a world class education in tailoring, pattern design, posture, the latest trends in tailoring manufacturing, latest fashion trends, advanced fabric training, as well as thrice-weekly training in leadership and advanced customer service.
LGFG Fashion House offers the best in training and career development, with the training being divided into 3 distinct units of sales, leadership and design training.
Our sales training focuses on “consultative-status” selling under the “servant leadership” model. Our clothiers are taught the entire cycle of selling from pprospecting to closing and referral-lead generation, to delivery and follow up, and customer care through relationship selling.
On the back-end, LGFG delivers industry-leading international referral and indirect referral generation and further client “points of contact” through various channels – print magazine, online, and mail. Training is executed both on the field and off. The on-field training is live-calling to prospects, meetings and deliveries. The off-field training focuses on design, product, tailoring systems, advanced tailoring configurations, construction and manufacturing.
This is done in our “training school” in Leeds, UK and reps who have successfully reached a base amount of business are invited to our bi-annual off-site training in Leeds, which takes place both in our tailoring facility and further on-site at a woolen-mill.
