What makes an LGFG Clothier Unique to the Industry? – LGFG Fashion House

I was recently with a new client in Toronto who asked a compelling question to the two LGFG clothiers sitting in front of him – “does everyone this company hires operate at this level?” Of course we had to ask what he meant. “Well,” said the client, “I’m not used to dealing with clothiers who can speak my language- where did you guys go to school?” It was a huge compliment.

An LGFG Clothier isn’t a typical retail rep. Firstly, the educational level of an LGFG Clothier –although not speaking for everything in the industry, or in life for that matter- is nonetheless at level more typically seen in a downtown consulting or financial institution. While “Business” is still the most prominent University degree for our Executive Clothiers, several also hold their Bachelor (or Masters) degrees in Law, Philosophy, Biology, Information Systems, Psychology, Criminology, and an array of other subjects. Basically, our client works with an interesting person, one who is well read, well versed, and certainly one who holds values, beliefs, and educated opinions on the world around them. For this reason (one of many), our clients not only meet someone who is highly trained in clothing, but also a well-rounded person with broad horizons, someone to connect with.

Education, of course, is simply a short piece of the track that leads to practical application and our clothiers are extensively trained in order to become masters of our craft. One critical factor LGFG looks for when hiring a candidate for an Executive Clothier career track is how well they mesh into the culture of our company. The clothing industry has been around since before commerce and even LGFG is highly successful, representing the image of literally tens of thousands of clients, on a time scale LGFG is still young- and we take pride in that. LGFG is progressive (look at our unique model), LGFG is unapologetic (look at our titanic growth) and LGFG is timeless (look at our incredible bespoke product, unique to the marketplace). We look for the same in our candidates- can they be an example to others, are they interested in massive personal growth, and can they –upon extensive training- do justice to our product by communicating its unique value proposition to an incredibly educated client who has many options in the marketplace? Most of all, is this person interesting – someone who we would have dinner with just as much excitement as going to work with? If the answer is “no” to any of the above, we simply won’t bring that person to our team, because our client has become accustomed to the very, very best when dealing with an LGFG Executive Clothier, and we –as a group of people, as a company, and as a brand- stand behind our clothier with the same level of confidence as we do with our product.

LGFG Fashion House currently carries the highest-end bespoke suits, shirts, shoes and accessories, with clothiers visiting clients in their home or office to save valuable time in 5 counties.
